Old Frontier Clothing Company Hats

The hat, like his horse and his gun, was one of the Cowboy's most prized possessions. Sometimes as much as two weeks' wages would go towards a hat. It was not uncommon to purchase a hat with an open crown because it was a Cowboy's labor of love putting in those dents and creases himself. Let us not forget, however, that the hat was also a very practical part of the Cowboy's gear and the style and dimension of the crown and brim were often indications of what part of the country that fella was from. We've tried to offer a cross-section of hats from different locals and periods; choose one that fits your style, they're all custom-made for you, in the finest beaver fur felt.
